... worker. They just want the workers to work and do not ask or expect anything. Compensation wise never give good appraisal or compensation always give the excuses. Compensation is far too less as compared to market standards. Over all not a good company to start the career with.

...d policies. Job secured until works are up to date. Amazing cafeteria for break. Avarage salary hike.

Dislikes

Career growth is less. Proper training not given for new Joinees. Lots of politics in management. We aren't suppose to highlight our issues with higher levels, if we did our work stress will be increased by respective supervisors. No transport facility.

Work culture is good.management is supportive ,policies of company very good and attractive (incentives, leave policies, additional pay for extra hours and everything looks good)

No dislikes about the company...I worked for approximately 8 years,never felt bad about the nature of work ,work place.... management..if we work definitely there is a recognition in the company..nice career growth opportunities..the reason i left is bcz of my personal reason (for taking care of my kid)

... MNC for name, all the TL'S & Managers are good and support,but where as coming to the growth ,appraisal & salary it is completely vary to otherMNC Organisation,basic level pay and market standards are not followed regarding employee pay ,most of the people will leave the organisation due to this reason

Dislikes

Coming to growth appraisal and salary it is very poor and not considering market standards and even no comparison with other MNC 'thiis the main reason that employees leaving this organisation.

Likes

Boring, no growth, treat like children in school, make you to by heart the stuff, trainers are not trained have different aspect on same topic, lifts doesn't work properly in time, completely night shifts, no rotational, no free tea or coffee and need to buy yourself, paying huge amount.

Dislikes

Whole organization, pay you like beggers and want production to be done hundred percent, for them their business is important, salaries are different for freshers too, can be negotiated but asked to through company norms
