So when the get a project they hire alot of employees but once the project is over they initiate the lay off process unfairly.

If you're having query regarding salary, pf, and anything you have to wait till the concerned person is free to attend. 10. Hell lot of work pressure. You will realize within months you have become a slave with no personal life.

If they have given you appraisal then they will expect you to work like a bonded labour. If there were 50 hours in a day, they would expect from you to work for 50 hrs for all 7 days.

This company has a one of the useless, this is cheat with with employees, there is no job security, it asked to employees for termination, he and take resignation forcefully. Very haptic job and give mental pressure for work to every employee those who have fresher.
