First of all this company is Germany based Tier-1 MNC company this is a benefit . The environment here is very good and also the plant in Gujarat is a developing plant because it started in 2019 you can learn more and new machine are coming and many vacancies are there . And you only have to work five days a week.

The minus point here is salary is less here.

Breakfast Lunch Tea Staff bus etc. Facilities.... But afterall it's not matter because For BE Mechanical student work like operator or not skill work. No growth in our knowledge.

No carrier growth Increment is very low Production operator work for BE as well as 10th pass student so can't grow your skill

Sometimes they use young, vibrant ,skilled , enthusiastic trainees for unnecessary works and sometimes the superiors compel to do extra duty no matter what one likes to do so or not.
