Dislikes

This was by far the worst executive sales leadership team I have ever encountered in my career. The leadership culture is hostile, condescending, and blatantly anti-women, creating a toxic work environment where male favoritism is relevant, and misogyny and sexism go unchecked. I frequently feel unsafe and constantly on edge, checking all communication methods out of fear of retaliation. My manager (male) provided NO support, and HR (Female) is indifferent to any and all concerns. The lack of accountability has led to an exodus of women via PIPS or leaving for harassment reasons on their own. PIPS are handed out like candy on Halloween. If you value respect, DIVERSITY (YES DEI), and a supportive and SAFE workplace, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Flexible working hours. Company invest time in their employees by providing proper on-job training depending on employee role, department and number of experience, some employees don't get training at all. Based on company business needs and employee requirement there is an option to choose work policy, no one enforces to work from office

Restrictive Consulting and support model. The model can be improved as SUSE has very well experienced consultant and support engineers.
