Job Description
Revenue Operations Analyst
The Revenue Operations Analyst champions a customer- and partner-centric approach and drives operational excellence throughout the entire CRO organization. The Analyst owns key processes related to pipeline management, compensation, and preparation of recurring business reports, ensuring seamless interactions with all internal stakeholders and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint. The Analyst ensures meticulous adherence to company policies and legal regulations, safeguarding stakeholder interests and fostering trust and collaboration with adjacent business functions.
Responsibilities:
Owns core operational processes: Takes ownership of essential operational business functions including new renewal classification of transactions, royalty order reclassification, master data governance, system administration, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Executes Data Administration tasks: Addresses and resolves recurring master data discrepancies (e.g. incomplete or duplicate account records) with the aim to drive global consistency and further automation into our data governance processes.
Provides timely and accurate operational support: Responds promptly to internal requests, ensuring accurate information and effective solutions. Supports the forecasting process through maintaining placeholders opportunities for royalty and run rate business.
Drives process refinement and improvement: Applies a growing understanding of internal business processes and policies to identify and implement enhancements, maintains organized documentation and proactively identifies and resolves operational issues.
Resolves complex business issues: Leverages subject matter expertise and analytical skills to evaluate and address a variety of moderately complex business challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Delivers comprehensive analyses and reports: Utilizes business applications to produce accurate and insightful analyses and reports, contributing to data-driven recommendations for process optimization and decision-making.
Education and Experience Required:
First level university degree or equivalent experience.
Typically 2-4 years of experience in a business related function, preferably Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Finance.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication skills (e.g., written, verbal, presentation). Fluency in English required, second European language is a plus.
Strong knowledge and skills of business applications (e.g., Excel / Google Sheets, Salesforce), preferably prior user experience with tools like PowerBI and Anaplan.
Ability to work as a proactive member of a team, as well as independently.
Ability to think critically and think outside of the box.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Developing understanding of internal business processes and policies.
