Worst Management, Non-Professionalism, and Politics Galore I feel compelled to share my experience with Suryalogix, as it ranks among the most toxic environments I have ever encountered. From the moment I stepped foot into the company, it became abundantly clear that the toxic culture was deeply ingrained in its DNA. The toxic culture at the company takes a severe toll on its employee's mental and emotional well-being. Never expect appraisal from this company, at the time of increment/appraisal they will give only reasons like your performance is not good and you are taking many leaves. But in my case, I have taken only a few leaves but they target peoples who do their work on time and leaves the workplace on time. They like people who work for the company more than the working hours. I am currently working for 10.15hrs daily still they expect us to stay more. They don't believe in work efficiency, the only thing that matters to this company is to spend more and more time at work even if your work is finished on time. I strongly advise anyone considering joining to think twice. It is a place where your talents and efforts will go unappreciated, and where toxic behavior reigns supreme. Try to avoid joining these companies as you'll regret your decision.

The Colleagues are very friendly, and the top-level managers are supportive, especially in the Sales Department, good work culture no one is forcing you to submit tasks on time

there are many things that I dislike in my case the HR told me to work only 8 hours not more but from 1st day of joining they told me to stay there and my first day timing was 11 hours lol. The HR team is very very rude when you need some favour from them. the paid leaves are very low they don't even give you leave in government holidays. I especially want to point out that if you are a new joiner be careful when you use your mobile phone using a mobile is strictly prohibited not even mobile but they don't allow you to do timepass for just 5min they expect from you to do overtime for free and honestly forget that you'll get fix timing they can call you to come office at 9 am but they don't allow you to go home even at 9 pm my room partner which is also working on this company came at 11 pm every day and go office at 9 am he just come in room to get sleep else he is in the office every time. If you concern this all to the HR team instead of solving all this they'll motivate you to spend more time in the office but team HR has gone till 7 pm in any condition. After doing all you can't learn a single skill in this company.
