Everything is in worst condition because it’s a time to technology and there nothing like that everything is manual lot of paperwork no system there is no-value for a qualified person everyone treat like a donkey. Surya Foundation is running just like a House. No professionalism No particular department No systematic work No technology No office timing No office culture No Management

teamwork is good but vision are clear and employee growth is very slow.appraisal are not proper and job security are big issue in surya. foundation.

There is nothing to like in Surya Foundation specially is so called in Delhi Office. Worst management ever (you can even say no management at all). Absolutely zero in the name of management. Those who called themselves management in Surya Foundation all are non qualified either someone is passed High School, someone is Intermediate, & I don't think any of those who call themselves management would be graduate also.

Here everything is to be dislike.... First of all I just want to say that the hiring process is unbelievable, because Surya Foundation is an NGO and it is clear that NGO works in the field of social network, but here is exactly opposite.
