Typical contractor but advertising as MNC company. Worst RCC Quality and finish. No work life balance with no salary benefits. Only expert in advertisement and show off nothing else.

Overall the company is good, work culture is also good, frankly speaking company didn't disclose their policy, appraisals are fair and can't say anything about salary hikes. Top management of company is very good. The proper communication bridge was maintained in company's culture.
