There is not much about liking.

Dislikes

Typical contractor but advertising as MNC company. Worst RCC Quality and finish. No work life balance with no salary benefits. Only expert in advertisement and show off nothing else.

Acomdation facility is very good .and give salary with time to time .

Dislikes

Double Pf cutting to in suroj . Not promoted timely. Salary is very less. Bonus is cutting to employer salary and give to employee no any company contribution.

... on which project team you are working with and what kind of project going on. Overall the company is good, work culture is also good, frankly speaking company didn't disclose their policy, appraisals are fair and can't say anything about salary hikes. Top management of company is very good. The proper communication bridge was maintained in company's culture.

... company but more or less it depends on what kind of project you are working on. And salary is decided by negotiating a lot and it will be always less than your expectations, work experience and education.

The company is good, the salary also comes on time, there is some problem in food, trainee people do not have much problem, trainees treat people well, senior people good living conditions

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and career growth is slow. do not get overtime pay
