Duty hours Timing started time morning 7:00am to 10: 00 Pm par day ,site canteen open 09: 00 pm ,no week of, Sunday work is on site .

Improper planning, weak manpower management, less in hand salary, unwanted extended hours working, over excitement in securing project, inexperience staff.

Double Pf cutting to in suroj . Not promoted timely. Salary is very less. Bonus is cutting to employer salary and give to employee no any company contribution.
