Company culture is awesome. Freedom of speech, ideas, innovation etc. During my tenure I have worked on multiple different projects which have been challenging but exciting. Good connectivity.

Not many benefits other than salary. Infrastructure of CBD railways station complex is very old.

The job security, you won't be removed unless and until you screw up badly.

Dislikes

The work life balance is the worst. You will be asked to work on weekends too, for the salary they are offering, it's not worth it. Favoritism prevails here. If you can't be in the good books, you are stuck at that level.

Company gives you freedom to explore different ways to do things which helps you to discover your own set of qualities. Which is great to me. Top management is really supportive and positive minded people.
