Not many benefits other than salary. Infrastructure of CBD railways station complex is very old.

The job security, you won't be removed unless and until you screw up badly.

Dislikes

The work life balance is the worst. You will be asked to work on weekends too, for the salary they are offering, it's not worth it. Favoritism prevails here. If you can't be in the good books, you are stuck at that level.

...nt and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is very transparent. company policies are good and they give a good salary hike every year. Even in this tough covid situation, the company has kept their employees together without any job loss.
