Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company are good

Dislikes

Company are v good but There is no responsibility for the job, they are fired at any time and they get the collection done all the time from the credit person. There is no department of credit. The reporting of credit is done to the sales so that the credit is controlled.

There are too many likes about organization, Organization is family centered with Zero professionalism. Even HR doesn't know there work policies. Organization doesn't have stability.
