You will get your salary on time. Sr. Engineers are supportive.

Training- worst training management system. At the time of interview as a fresher they will tell you that you will get proper training for 3 months but reality is far different. They will not train you. It's up to you what you want to learn on your own. Staff- SR. Engineers are really supportive. They will teach you how to tackle problems. But as an engineer you cannot improve defects or increase efficiency of production because depty managers are not supportive. They will just put their burden on you!!! You don't even have time to think what can be improved. You can't even tell them problems... They'll simply say tell us solution not problem. They only want maximum production at any cost. And if somehow defective part is made. They will yell at you!!! As a fresher you don't know how to deal with different defect and they want you to deal with defect at your own. Overtime- Acc. To them if you worked for 11 hrs(3 hours extra). You are not eligible for overtime. Min 12 hr required to met the eligibility criteria for overtime. Even then it is not guaranteed.plant head will approve your overtime at the end of month acc. To your performance. Salary- at the time of interview they'll hire you at different package but offer letter shows different. Transport- worst transport system.. As engineers are the base of company. They will provide transport for general shift only. Not for the staff who are doing overtime. You have to go on your own even at night. Work culture- it is not good there is no respect for any engineer in this company. Deputy manager will improve there image in front of senior manager by yelling at you. And make you responsible for their mistakes in front of others. Growth- growth is not really good. You will have increment after 3 years of joining. Hr team will always talk about good work culture rather than improving this. If you want to start your career from this company.. believe me its better to start a tea shop rather than working here!

Good to see salary credit on 1st of every month. Appraisal system sounds good on every financial year. Top management always giving opportunity to perform and grow

Firing system is very fast. Hiring system is very very slow. Company believes in 'Integrity' but many peoples are taking bad advantage of this by his personal growth.
