...y want everything like free. Promotion - one of employe got 800 rs of increment.so u thinks what type of salary hike they can provide to you.you can expect maximum 8% to 9% hike on your salary after one year.If any your couling or team mates leave job then you have to do there work also.meanse you have to do double work.and they not fill the empty positions very easily.becouse they can not get salves easily at very cheap salary. Job security- if you ready to work like donkey at very less salary then your job is secure.if you work daily 10 to 11 hrs then your job is secure. Skill development- you can learn office politics.nothing other to learn and skill development.you can learn how to work hard like a donkey for extra hours with out any extra money for overtime. Work satisfaction - you have lots of work in these companie.you have to do 2 to 3 peoples work alone.your seniors can not satisfy with your work do what you do. Company culture - no such word is applicable for these countrie. You have to sacrifice your personal and family life for very less amount of money. Othervise company is very good. Some people are very nice and co-operative. Some peoples have too much eago than there knowledge. Seniors don't understand your problems. They only want companys goodwill.

As per corporate procedure every thing looks fine, but it's 1st plant condition very bad shape... If I list out the deviation it take a long list... Peoples are not ready to change their attitude based on corporate requirements... They are not working as team... After PH reliving from September 18 I never seen before this kind of worst behavior from SH's... No one interested to achieve organization goal... One more thing I was worked past 2.5+ years still haven't received my offer letter or appointment order....

...ard bad environment, if I work Sunday I get Rs 100 after begging so many days... No double salary, very abnormal process control... Lot lot lot of things...

Growth is good as most of senior doesn't take proper responsibilities, so we have to take and complete the work on time

They won't think about salary providing to currently working employees. They recruit by paying 2 times the current employee.
