Nothing is goood for employees, strict rules but no benefits for employees

Timings, they don't understand employees problems, worst management, only think about profits, no Don't work under contract basis, When they required employees they will recruit, when they don't have work they will remove, they are not following proper system..

It's run by a young and dynamic leader, who always want all employees to grow equally along with organizations growth. Ur personal life and office work is kept on a balanced way. U r made to enjoy ur work rather then feel it as a burden.

Job Security is 100%, excellent work culture, our management is first to take decisions on lock down and work from home before government a announced lockdown. All safety norms r maintained and strictly implemented.

U r judged if u question management. U r not given any opportunity to discuss on ur unhappiness about management decisions.
