Though market is very tough. But company gives enough chance and time to penetrate through. Also there is a lot of scop of learning. Company work culture is fare.

Training module is very weak. You have to learn by yourself.

Nothing is goood for employees, strict rules but no benefits for employees

Timings, they don't understand employees problems, worst management, only think about profits, no Don't work under contract basis, When they required employees they will recruit, when they don't have work they will remove, they are not following proper system..
