My team mates were awsome, i was really happy with the way the advocates use to help each other.

Dislikes

The way the advocates are treated there is appalling, I was not expecting this sort of a behaviour of the partners in the firm towards them. Fuherthermore the way and the manner in which the firm functions is highly unprofessional. I could not wile away time in te said old law firm hence I left in a mear span of 3 months.

The audit exposure is excellent, quality of work is awesome, and the reputation we receive when i say i am from suri & co is priceless. I still cherish the experience i received from the senior partners of the firm, and today what i am is only coz of Suri.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
