Literally noting, improper work culture, toxic environment, hopeless management. Salary comes after 20-25 days. Nothing is good about this company.

...zation is definitely not a something which someone should expect for themselves. Begging for salary after working full month and receiving it after 45-50days is way worst than begging on highway. Owner have strict policies regarding what to eat and what not inside premises and on other side employees sometime asked to drink tap water when filter is breakdown. Forget about clean water and privileges like tea or coffee but basic facility like fresh air and light if asked to HR, management is taking it as conspiracy against company and can fire you.
