Salary Annexture not provide with Offer letter, Salary Slip not provide 1st 6 month PF & Mediclaim not provide 1st 6 month ( 6 month should be safe and careful if joined) MD talk like Local topori / Lucca ( little bit you can understand at interview time) Don't share all vendor and Clint details, if shared that will be your last month of job, ( No Job security)

If you want to learn or want to gain experience this is the best company, there are so many white collar employees who helps the fresher.

If I would leave this job just because of stipend or salary. You will not get as per your wish.

I have grown so much since I started working with this company. I have learned so many skills from all my peers and seniors and have passed on my knowledge to my juniors as well. I love the environment here.

Salary hike is low for Experienced person

The staff is quite humble and polite. Even after meeting the other branch mangers a year later or so it doesn't feels like we haven't communicated since long. Surat goods pvt. ltd. and family is quite close to my heart.

Dislikes

Well every coin has two sides and so has Surat goods. Majorly it's good only but one of the problem I faced last was that they gave me less increment.
