Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. There was very less support during Covid 19. They asked all the associates who joined 6 months prior to Covid 19 to take a long break without pay. They just informed that they would call if situation clears up and to look for alternate jobs if necessary. It was very unprofessional the way they handled the situation. Out of blue they asked us all to go out and abandoned us.

...ure won't suit lot of people. They are very rigid and very difficult to work in. There is no work-life balance and the pay also is poor for the amount of work you are expected to put in daily.

As far as mine is concerned, work environment is good. Company gives bonus and salary hike regularly. In this testing time also, WFH is followed and adhering to the Govt. Policy by keeping less than one-third of staff at office. Protective atmosphere with sanitiser and other safety health measures are followed. Salary without any cut has been given to all employees. Overall, I like to continue in this organisation.
