There is no work -life balance. Poor management. Poor HR dpt. Worthless communication structure Top management doesn't give the flexibility to work to the middle management, minimum wages not set.

Culture, work environment , job security all are pathetic . Every time their is a threat that whether one will return home with a job . Pathetic mindset of Higher management and both the MDs.

Nothing to dislike but my suggestion is because of a responsibilities and work load I missed some occasions and function with my family and friends .I really need sometime to spend with my family.

Good company but many people does not know about the diagnostic centre in Asansol. Needs more and proper marketing with proper and regular advertisements and bannering. Also the company needs proper digital marketing.
