One month of summer vacations. PF deduction. No work pressure. Amazing co-workers!! There are lots of rules to torture teachers and waste their precious time but the good part is that no one follows them.

Dislikes

- The whole of PF is deducted from your salary. School contributes nothing. - All Saturday are working and they sometimes even call you on Sundays too!! - There is no work culture and the infrastructure is pathetic. Even government schools have better facilities. - They don't even give you an appointment letter. - In an era of smart classes they are still struck on blackboard and chalk. - The ACs in the school are just for name. They are turned on only during PTMs. - Teachers are literally harassed and are forced to bring 2-3 new admissions every year. - From December to March teachers are sent on door to door canvassing. - Over and above there are all sorts of wierd rules for teachers from time to time which will furstrate you. In all not worth working for... Unless you desperately need some teaching experience.

I only like about suraj school is working with MD Anand prasad sir . He is very humble by nature and a good Person

Working more than 8 hours No timings of work No appraisal Work on weekends also if you denied to work your salary will be cut or you will be terminate on immediate effect Not working with drawings

Best CBSE school in Haryana. Complete work satisfaction with healthy environment. Good place to grow and learn. Emphasis on all round development of students and well known for the academic excellence.

School building, park, teachers' behaviours with students is good.

Dislikes

Worst thing was to not to worry about the future of students as they dont even care if the child learns anything or not. What they care about is to just pass them even if a teacher has to write their answersheets in every exam.
