I've been with Suraj Informatics Pvt Ltd. for 5+ years, and one of the biggest reasons i've stayed is the incredible work life balance. The company offers flexible working hours. whether I need to take care of personal commitment or just need a mental break, My manager is always supportive. the Company understand that a healty work life balance leads to more productivity and overall happiness. This is a rare and much appreciated benefit in today's fast paced work environment.

Recently there have been some issues in salary getting credited late. however, the situation will improve as funds have started flowing.

... HR and there FAKE promises. No ethics, no culture. only work pressure is there. No on-time salary. No escalation matrix. They hire people even without offer letter. And after resigning company won't provide FNF as well. Poor management. They think only about the company's growth. Not employee's. Blacklisted by multiple clients at various locations due to poor performance and commitments.

salary's coming between 15 to 29. No, Benifits company provide. Night Shift timing is 12hrs to 14hrs. Hr department and reporting manager doing politics with employees. 24*7 365day's working on client location. No holiday's company gives such as Diwali, Holi and other holiday. I don't recommend to anyone go there they worst your future.

salary not on time delays by 15 to 30 days every month management takes decisions whatever they want without thinking about employees. the working environment is worst PF didn't credit to EPF from last 13-14 month FNF not on time. Payout while leaving

Work on Latest and cutting edge technologies

Dislikes

Traveling needs to be done on client site. No proper documentation, poor work life balance when working on Client site. One needs to work on Sundays as well without being paid extra.
