This is Baniya company under AV group. Everywhere is camera and old employees known chaplus of company management think they are the owners of company becoz company management has allowed them to do. High politics. Firstly, whenever you will join then they will give you joining certificate with one month notice if you leave then when you join you will get know that company has policy of 2-3 months as a notice period and in between your salary will be hold that is ridiculous. So, Don't join this company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
