A lot Work pressure was there, which was no worry, but salary was not enough according to the work, in simple words salary was half of the work pressure.

Compensation is excellent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 12-13 hours in a day as I attend also customer complain but manager's do not value an individual's unique strengths.
