...ave learnt all that I have learnt in the past 1 month in any other organization. My incentives have always come on time, salary is on time and we are loved, respected and supported. Whenever I get a sale, everyone celebrates it. I have worked in other ed-tech cos as well but I didn't see such an atmosphere. For anyone reading this review - if you are working hard and you are dedicated to learn and have fun while working, you are coming to the right place.

Nothing. Really really bad experience. Very Toxic work culture. Except for few good co-employees rest everything is BAD.

...e survive more than 3 months. There is no Standard SOP. Every day rules change. Management tries to find different ways to deduct SALARY and apply LOP. Its a very very BAD company / No one should waste their career here.

...m anyone. They expect you to keep dialling numbers like a machine and get sales. Threaten to deduct salary when you don’t meet KRA’s whereas nothing as such is mentioned while signing the offer letter. Don’t join this company if you want to save time and peace.

...t is given to employees when they join in sales.every month they fire Employee..deduct salary of you don't conduct sessions..no work life balance...hr names Priyanka... never get into the trap ..no growth factor..it's just u come at 10am and no going back home....it's a school wherein your manager everyday have a session humiliating everyone in floor for 1hr evry morning..never join...people are still working because they are not getting any options and most of them are not qualified enough to get jobs.

Surasa values its employees and offers a lot of opp. to lean. its motivating to work in an environment where ideas are welcomes and there is a clear path for career progression. The work culture at suraasa is one of the best aspects of being here. The atmosphere is positive and collaborative. The management is aupportive ensuring employees feelheard and valued. Work life balance is well majntained and the salaries and benefits are competitive making it a great place to build a long term career. I feel fortune to be part of a team that is making a meaningful impact in the education sector.
