Management is like they're are correct always and no one take responsibility of mistake they keep shifting on the new comers. Production incharge is family person and he don't care about quality and production targets he takes his work and get completed. Without any quality. Time is only strict for incoming.and no outgoing time . Waste company and its policy...late sallery .Credit sallery on 10 th to 20 th of the month.ownr will sign lately on check.

1.Late sallery 2. No fixed out time they keep meeting on evening 3. No improvement on skills 4. No training

Core manufacturing industry. Lot to learn and exposure to all departments.

No Hierarchy in work, No assigned Roles and Responsibilities. For those who want to join my suggestion is don't join unless they give an Job Offer letter with Written Salary confirmation.
