Production incharge is family person and he don't care about quality and production targets he takes his work and get completed. Without any quality. Time is only strict for incoming.and no outgoing time . Waste company and its policy...late sallery .Credit sallery on 10 th to 20 th of the month.ownr will sign lately on check.
