...ompany is great and the work culture was great except few head levels arguments. There is no growth in salary and incentives. A person joins real estate for some extra money in terms of incentive. Which criteria only doesn’t exist. I have left in March and still I m hoping to get my incentive as we did that work and booking for Supreme. The directors are down to earth, they do care for staff but incentive part should be brought in light so working staff can run for you more and make company in top. Rest all head levels are class and understanding. The builder has its own big name but with it they should little little look after amployee financial growth too thank you

Overall the projects ooze class and grandeur but petty office politics and lack of timely incentives prove to be a demotivating factor. People in the company are really good and some have worked there for 30+yrs. It's a great company to start your career. Timely incentives for sales team should be a priority for management as it boosts morale and confidence. You get 6 days off rather then 4 which is rare in real estate. Overal the payment is good or above average. People are friendly and you will definitely feel at home. Also leaves are good.

Top management and HR is not supportive. Only reference employees can survive. That person doesn't want to show his natural appearance, artificial man. You can easily identify the nightmare person with number of reference, family and relatives. Beware before joining.

1. Work life balance, as no work no pressure 😂 2. Flexible timing 🤫 3. Good for jobless people. If you loking for a job and want to have a hike then you can try and remain here for atleast 1 or Max to max 2 year.

1. Mumbai division didn't have any hierarchy. All are reporting to MD. There is no GM or VP who look after PMO and site. So there is a technical gap. You not able to know who to present the data bcs MD not interested to see your schedule or cashflow working. 2. MD also didn't give you timing to meet nor he call you to meet. So ultimately at the EOD it's become useless whatever you worked as there is no meaning in it. 3. They said they don't fired anyone but they fired entire pre-sales team within a week. So job security is a concern. 4. Contracts and procurement team will not share details like WO or PO even after requesting with them. They fear that someone will caught there mistake. 5. Absense of professionalism and scientific approach at work. 6. Only few people who are in good book of MD having all the control. No proper department, no manpower only favouritism rules. 7. At the end you will think that you did nothing or you not able to contribute in organisation despite that you want to contribute. 8. No HR in Mumbai division to help you or listen your views.

They are just spoiling the name Supreme which we call for Supreme being.. Ofcourse Ramesh Jumani Sir has worked hard to gain name in market. They are just dominating and has no knowledge of processes. They don't make employees feel open but use politics. Chaitanya Panchpor, Snehali Patil, Mayur Naidu, Divya Pradhan these are name of people one should beware of. They just give you fake promises when they are in need of hiring but when they are done hiring you I am sure they will behave as if they have something great in their lives but they are biggest failures who politicise processes to make their job secured and we under them are pissed. I worked hard for them as I liked Supreme as a brand but they made my life hell manipulated me to join them. In my whole life if they'll come or such faced people will come to me offering job I would give them shit. They would never gain in life as they have got so many beautiful souls suffered. They are just mentally sick who think they are the best but they have done nothing in their lives and most unskilled people are sitting as HRs, Managers.
