Planthead is annoying and even older employees are not supportive and treat casuals as if they are not treated. Even at the time of family medical problem, they do not provide mediclaim assistance and also do not give leave.

Awesome organisation to work with. If you want to learn program management along with marketing, then this organisation is the best place to work with. Program & marketing team is very supportive. Not sure about other teams.

Increment and promotion policy is the worst. No such other benefits. If you want to enhance your technical skills then it's would not suitable.
