Doing Multifunctional work which are not applicable to my profile. There is no satisfactory increment as per my performance form last 3 Years.

Excellent work culture and very good, supportive and approachable Sr. Management including owners. The best part, if company gives you a responsibility they trust you and leave on to you to make plans and execute to achieve the goal. They guide but don't dictate. Feels like it's my own company and I work thinking like that way only. The retention policy of company is superb.Their are N number of people who has been with the company from its start and they are kind enough to share their knowledge and experience to us.

Dislikes

Appraisal is flat.. Averaging 8-10% per year. Promotions are rare opportunity, likely because of company retention policy even after retirements due to regards and vast expeirence and knowledge of our Sr. Management, which is a must in our trade.

I like to work with Supreme nonwoven. I learn more in this cmpny. I appreciate my boss Deepak kinha who tell me all things about my work nd I learn more things from her.

In Supreme nonwoven I dislike that there is no transport nd food facilities for casual manpower. Mostly I see that permanent worker do not work properly all work done by casual manpower. Permanent worker don't work their responsibility.

We start work at supreme basically before my joining there is no safety department it is challenge to build up safety culture from besic .

We have already work in agricultural pesticides company , supreme is nonwoven textile industry not more safety concerns is there for future growth we will like to quit from supreme
