U will not b rewarded for your good works from your higher level. 3. There is always a spy around u taking a note of almost every single breath u take. 4. Forget about team work. 5. There are nothing good in the institutions. Only some oldest Faculty members are wise.

Dislikes

Terrible work experience, senior authority is completely rubbish, conspiracy, internal politics messed up the whole institution.
