Team Work is Not Good , Certain people do great plitics here , Lack of Experienced People , People who had less qualification working as a Manager. Lack of training, Salary Avarage, Politics is a key factor here . People who work regularly and honestly they were hunted by the currupted people, Curruption is there , Reaponsible staff talking in Percentage of Money only which is not good .
