Team Work is Not Good , Certain people do great plitics here , Lack of Experienced People , People who had less qualification working as a Manager. Lack of training, Salary Avarage, Politics is a key factor here . I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
