Very good company, I like most is job security. Best Quality products, very big brand in Plastic sector. Nice place to work.

About PPD department: Salary Bar is very poor, increment very less. Top management never understand who doing actually work at ground leval. On high post people's put there remarks and salary will fix or increment will confirm. No value of performance and skills . All decisions taken care by few people's who considered himself as management.

1- Disregard of Merit 2- Punishing attitude at the appraisal time 3- Discrimination at the Corporate and Plant Level 4- Smaller than penny appraisal 5- No saturday off, although 2 saturdays are off at corporate level 6- Leadership Vision

Growth opportunities is less. Salary is decent. Management didn't care about there employee . No standard are followed.

I am working as an International Marketing Manager since June 2016, I found this great place to work Bosses are pretty good in almost every division. Except packaging division as this is the worst division of Supreme Industries. Carrer growth is very slow but yes job security is there 100% unless you will not do anything illegal or out of Companies code of conduct. Over all Company is wonderful.

Dislikes

Salary structure is below than market & same with the incentives & other compensation. Also there some staff who is working from last 20-25 years they think that company is their own property, however you need to deal with them smartly.
