Very old fashioned method of management and a lack of corporate feeling. Company has tremendous potential and growth but don't grow.

Dislikes

Employee is doing hard job and giving years of service but the package isn't growing in any way, their annual D.A. is not growing. Value to employees given is poor. This will sure affect moral, motivation and spirit of the employee.
