There is a lot of politics and the management does not addressed our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company provides numerous opportunity for training skill enhancement , and career advancement which motivate me to continually improve and excel in my role.

While I value many aspects of my role and the company , there are a few areas where I believe there is room for improvement. There have been instance where communication between different department and team has been less effective than it been could be. This sometime leads to misunderstanding and delay in project completion.

Top Management vision is very good...It works on customer centric approach with emphasis on employees growth & satisfaction!

Most of the people can do and achieve more...They should come out of that zone and do more for the organisation
