You can learn so much from him the time and experience that he has spent is just immense . I was fortunate to work for him for a very brief period of time due to different interests I had to leave the organization

Growth is very slow. Working atmosphere needs to go with the current trend then only company and indivitual can grow. staffs should be encouraged to develop and must be given their dues and share knowledge with every one which is lacking.
