Changing of departments, if you work in particular department they don't want you to work just in that department you have take care of other departments to for example Data entry job.

I am a part of top team & I have free hand in taking decisions w.r.t new project Issues etc.I have good opportunity to discuss with my Colleagues in UK & USA on various projects.

Dislikes

To much pressure on day to day activities. shortage of manpower.Top management does not value an individual strength. Still managing daily activities with subordinates. I do not have an opportunity to actually review with direct customer on new development feasiblity, which leads to seeing problems during launch & setting right is very expensive.
