Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Super Wheels Automobile pvt.ltd. is not supporting me and not paid salary for the month of April & May2020. I am laid off by the company. This time when i had most need the support of the company. But this serious time company has lay off me. By this i and my family is mentally disturbed. While I have served this company in my full efficiency, honestly and hard working. Before lock down i have enjoyed this company.

Dislikes

This company wants good employee in less amount. This company pays other employee less comparison his community employee. The work pressure is very high. The politics is very high and many groups are made in this company. Job security is very less.
