Only salary comes on time. This is the only plus point.

Dislikes

No Trainings, No Learnings, No Work life balance. There are multiple whatsapp groups (more than 50 at my time) and I hate One message "Good Morning.... Update !!!" in the every morning around 6:30 AM. No body needs to set a alarm to wake up.

Salary was deferred initially, which has been taken care of now. Even though the industry is going through a tough phase, the company has managed not only to stay afloat, but also to support the employees.

Dislikes

There is minimal pressure, and that can really hurt someone who is very ambitious. I, for example, came from an agency and was used to firefighting. However, work is happening at a slow pace currently, which a person can change for himself/herself. It is important to ensure that you do not slip into your comfort zone and make space for yourself if you're an overperformer.

...employee in lockdown. Even they didn't provide salaries from March to till date. Also they deducted February month salary as all knows February month was fully working and mailed to employees they will pay rest salary in secciding month but they didn't provided till date. (15-jun).

Dislikes

...any employee to work from home. As per their work culture it could not possible. They just focus to deduct employees salary instead of change their working style.

Likes

... High job security here and management is good. No overload stress of work here. You will get a salary and perks on time. All the employee benefits will be provided by the company as well as performance based rewards. Training sessions are also provided by the company. My experience from day one since my joining in Supertech is very good and satisfied. I learned a lot here.

Career growth is slow. Work culture is medium.

You will get here a handsome salary package. Work and personal life balanced. comfortable and adjustment work culture. people are so much supportive and friendly. There is no stressful environment inside the company, no dirty politics.The workplace ambiance was fantastic and team are also fabulous in nature they always try to give you only the achievable targets. This will make your job here really excited and enjoyable. Because every employee wishes for a friendly innovative place for work and here you will get all that. This is the right place for fresher also.

Management always check your overall performance by visiting your workbench without informing you.
