Nothing is to be liked in this plant.

Dislikes

...ts are given to employees. Payment has been given half in cash and half in bank. No pay sleep is provided. It is perfect place where system is working only to exploit workers who works very hard for production. Everything is negative. Office staves and management are never ready to understand the problem of workers.

Only thing I like here in this company is the Job Security.

Dislikes

Salary structure and increment doesn't has a specific time and either increment might not be made every year for the whole working employees for a 10 percent hike also.

No doubt in paper work this plant is good in paper Work in maintaing records for TPM, ISO as per current update of Industrial Act. I like that some people's are supportive of Central project, Power plant, DRI, TMT, Structure Mill and other division. They are well qualified specially pillet division, A fully controlled TPM well maintained in each every step. Plantation, Game competitions,Technicians competitions for last 3years is going on which is encouraging the employees.

...s to attain technical training programs neither any opportunity to grow ones. Also In the name of management only roles and responsibility is give to the trainee or new engineers no salary scale. Hr Support was going good for some days but it has become worst, their motive has become now to cut money by anyhow means, There is canteen charge, bus charge, huge guest house charge, actually in the name of facilities it's zero. No one listens the problem of any employees only wants to let them work, even my PF has balanced has been stuck by then, they are not ready to update that after many requests.

Dislikes

Discrimination between upper and lower level staff. Except Head of Department and senior personnel nobody allowed to meet to M.D., Chairman and other directors, to share the whistle blower things to them. Not permitted to meet directly with Senior Personnel. Exploitation of junior level employees. Junior team members are not allowed to share their problems with Head of Department. There is a system of below one line which is not good for the junior employees, as they humiliate the junior staffs purposely, and many more things which can not be discussed here.
