Job compensation or salary is pathetic. The company is just miser to even save Rs 500 from salary offer. The salary to lower employees is very very less as market standards.Managers draw good salary cutting the cost in salaries payments like nothing else. Growth opportunities is also very less.

...mit at same time are you kidding 😂 lol ..... They want to earn for them self They really don't give value to your works not even a good salary, you will under pay , salary will never credit on time for sure fow lower level. This is my feedback. I suggest never join this toixc environment companies.

HR Team members are good, They co-ordinate well with others. Some of them are not even graduates.

Do not Join such companies even if they are offering good salaries. Nothing is good there No appreciation, No salary increments, no bonus, there is 95% chance that your salary will get deducted for your mistakes. You will find only 10% of good people there rest of them are useless. They’re lacking in communication, Coordination, Majority of employees takes information for granted which results in chaos. Ultimately you get somethings for free * Scoldings * Insults * Negative Experience

There is no growth. Its been 2 years i was working with this company. No Increment No Bonus. On diwali i got 50rs wala tea cup as diwali gift. There is no medical leave or casual leave. You just have one leave a month in case of emergency. No proper holiday list. If public holiday tomorrow you have to ask your reporting manager every time. If you don’t ask for they will not inform you personally. You will got to know when you reached to the office. They don’t value there employees at all.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
