Old senior employees keep all work stuck. Just to show that only due to their presence any work can be done. Lot of politics. Manager himself do labour level work just to show management that he is working for the company when professional fitters are available to do the work. Managers make employees irresponsible so that they can show that they are responsible. Due to managers nobody get appraisal and better facility. Manager recruit fresher engineer and make them work without giving proper training about their work and do not provide any work instruction or manual for reference even tough when it is available. High rate of rejection due to irresponsible managers results no proper increment of workers. No quality culture. Managers roam in company without safety shoes always. Due to manager other employees do not get proper promotion.

It's just like government job you don't need to worry about anything. And after some time staff become friendly and they will help you out in no matter what.

Dislikes

Management is least concerned about your health and safety or work timings. They just want more and keep torturing workers.
