Founders have survival mentality. The company has hustle culture and they encourage anyone to ideate with first principles thinking. Definitely did some good work in the last few years and that will to survive and thrive is really high. I personally managed to do some good work which I hope has helped the company. The company understands the importance of operations and supply-chain, and also using tech to solve some of these problems.

Dislikes

Great management strives on retaining people, not use lame excuses to just let go because you couldn't manage to get funding in time. Layoffs in a tough macro-climate is generally understood if it's done with some logic and empathy but pushing employees to the extreme by constant chiding and creating toxicity reflects poorly on founder's mentality and attitude. Other than that - lack of effort in building a brand and complete zero effort towards building sustainable marketing will hurt them eventually. I feel that the company and founders don't understand marketing and all. Eventually the giants will usurp them in this space with their unlimited funding, operational and marketing strength - so hopefully SuperK finds a suitable buyer by that time.

Super - I will prefer to join SuperK because of work Life Balance. Giving more opportunities to locals and given Job opportunitys with better salarys.
