1. This is word's worst and pathetic company sorry this is not a company this is small workshop. 2. No policies no good culture as per management situation there policies get warry. 3. If your hardworking then you will be the Target for the management they will Target you and pressurise you to resign yourself 4. The in and out policies like if your coming late by one minute then your half day will be cut but in the out time if work load is there you need to extend your shift by to 2 to 3 hours. 5. Leaves policy and medical facilities you can only dream. The benefits you will never get in reality. 6. Ladies are not in safe hands if your working in this company from owner, HR to worker all are third class mentality people.
