... care about your life or health. Very stupid people in the higher positions. They don't even give salary on time. This is one of the biggest mistakes of my life to join this pathetic company. Work environment is very good. All team members are very supportive .

Dislikes

Their is no job security. They will fire you whenever they will find better than you.their is no option to update your skills. Career growth is very slow.Bad management so you can get actual benefits of your efforts and hard work.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
