I would like to say that if you want to work here there is no new thing to learn, yes of course there are various electrical, mechanical and IT modalities which are installed here but you will learn to cope with the services in six months after that you only need to maintain the services. The administrational qualities will develop if you want to develop.

Dislikes

The main disadvantage of working here is there is no growth in the engineering department as well as salary will also not get increased.

An excellent pediatric Teaching Institute in its infancy with a bright future ahead. Need dedicated and committed staff and faculty to provide sustained support and expect a long term association in academic, postgraduate teaching, quality patient care and research in various disciplines of child health care..

Dislikes

Promotion of the existence of the Institute in Noida. Initial teething problems in infrastructure, patient care, procurements, shortages of residents and faculty. Develop the ethics, work culture and discipline to lay down the sound foundation, perfect system and guidelines.
