Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company is good. It maintains ISO standards and works to maintain equipments life and SOP's. It also tries to maintain spares availability.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact that I am part of a team.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high.mostly I have to work14-18 hrs straight in a day.
